Blacklist for Guildruns

We all know the situation:
We make a Raid and have to fill the last spots with some random people via LFG option.
And here starts the problem:
You invite someone complete incompetent in terms of social manners, reading, passing loot. . .

In my eyes we need a Blacklist for our runs, which decides wether we accept someone or not.

Best example: We had that "pedromonteiro" guy in our RENM run, where Karra (Dywata) and him needed the leather gloves, both of them rolled and Karra got them...
He ended up calling everyone in the raid "stupid Motha Focka" "reteeerds" and other things and ended with the comment "now i roll everything i dont need" resulting in him taking the mystic scepter, that was needed by our mystic in that run...

I think we should have a Blacklist in Teamspeak (Channel description) as well as a Topic in Forum where you can donate screenshots of what happened together with the request of adding a player to said list.
